As a proud advisory board member at Great Bay Community College I am pleased to see the continued change and improvements at the college. The Portsmouth Herald just put out a great article featuring President Arvelo and company in their mission to build a better school with less resources and funding. Considering enrollment is up over 43% from 3 years ago, I'd say the efforts have been effective. Here is the full article.
